18+ Age Policy – No Exceptions
It is illegal and a serious violation of 3patty's Terms & Conditions for any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, place bets or participate in any game on the platform. This rule is non-negotiable and applies to every player regardless of circumstance.
Every new 3patty account requires confirmation that the player is 18 or older at the point of registration. This confirmation is legally binding. 3patty reserves the right to request documentary proof of age – such as a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport – at any time, including before processing a first withdrawal or at any point during account activity.
Where 3patty has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder may be under 18, the account will be immediately suspended. Player Protection Tools

Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount in PKR. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take 24 hours to apply.
Session Timers

Cool-Off Period

Note: All limits applied via the Mine dashboard take effect immediately for reductions. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. This is intentional – it gives you time to reconsider if you made the request impulsively.

Self-Exclusion – How It Works
Self-exclusion is the most robust protection tool 3patty offers. It is intended for players who feel they have lost control of their gambling or who want to take an extended, enforced break. Here is exactly how the process works:
- Contact support: Reach out via live chat or email at [email protected]. State clearly that you want to self-exclude and specify the duration (6 months, 12 months, 5 years, or permanent).
- Processing: Your self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During this time, 3patty will apply temporary restrictions to your account.
- Account restriction: Once processed, you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets or access any games during the exclusion period.
- Pending balance: Any balance remaining in your account at the time of exclusion will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 7 business days.
- Marketing suppression: You will be removed from all promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion.
- Reinstatement: After the exclusion period ends, you must actively request reinstatement. Accounts are not automatically reopened. A 7-day cooling-off period applies before reinstatement is processed.
